Our Programs
Water-First. Whole-Home Capable.
One Leak Away Foundation specializes in critical water infrastructure and related home-repair needs.
A plumbing or water problem can affect much more than pipes. Water intrusion may create electrical hazards, damage walls and flooring, affect heating systems, create accessibility concerns, or reveal other conditions that threaten the safety and habitability of a home.
Our role is to understand the complete problem and help coordinate the resources and qualified professionals needed to address it.

Water Infrastructure
& Essential Repairs
Water infrastructure is at the heart of our mission.
We help homeowners address qualifying issues involving plumbing, water and sewer lines, drainage, water heaters, boilers and other water-related systems.
When water problems cause or reveal additional damage, related repairs may also be coordinated as part of the overall project when appropriate.
Home Repair Coordination
One Leak Away Foundation coordinates the repair process rather than functioning as the construction contractor.
Depending on the project, our work may include homeowner intake, eligibility review, property assessment, development of the repair scope, contractor coordination, project monitoring and documentation.
This allows homeowners to have a trusted organization helping guide the process from the initial problem through completion.

Funding & Resource Navigation
For many homeowners, identifying the problem is only the first step. Finding a way to pay for critical repairs can be just as challenging.
One Leak Away Foundation works to connect eligible households with available grants, public programs, charitable resources and other appropriate funding opportunities.
Eligibility and assistance may vary depending on the program, location, household and availability of funding.
Our Vetted Service Network
Repairs are completed by qualified independent contractors and service professionals selected according to the requirements of each project and funding source.
Our network may include plumbing and water-system professionals as well as other qualified trades or specialists when related work is necessary to safely complete a project.
This approach allows One Leak Away Foundation to remain focused on its core mission while coordinating the broader expertise a homeowner may need.
